How we handle your code & investment documents:

  • Isolated Sandbox Ingestion: Repositories, software dependencies, and deal documents uploaded or connected via read-only tokens are processed exclusively inside an isolated, confidential Sandbox environment to generate headline technical reports.
  • Founder IP & Deal Confidentiality: All technical audit data is legally protected under strict confidentiality terms protecting both investor deal flow and target Founder IP.

Data Segregation Commitment

LabEight* Ventures DOES NOT use your proprietary codebase scans, private fund deal flow, or target documents to train public AI models. Your proprietary code remains logically isolated, encrypted, and strictly confidential.

3. Infrastructure & Subprocessors

To provide our services, we partner with industry-standard infrastructure providers adhering to strict security standards:
